d) Head of the National Steering Committee for Crime Prevention and Combat, Head of the National Steering Committee for Combating Smuggling, Trade Fraud and Counterfeit Goods, Head of the Central Steering Committee for three National Target Programs on new-style rural development, sustainable poverty reduction for 2021-2025 period, and socio-economic development in ethnic and mountainous areas, Head of the Steering Committee for Development and Reform of Collective Economy and Cooperatives, Chairman of Councils for Appraisal of Sectoral Planning Schemes under assigned management areas.
