MANAGEMENT AREAS:

a) To oversee and direct the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

b) On behalf of the Prime Minister, directly oversee and direct the following areas:

- Regular issues in emulation and reward work, administration reform.

- Labor, employment, people with meritorious service to the revolution, gender equality.

- Salary and social insurance policies.

- Healthcare, population, families and children.

- Social affairs.

- Management of drug addiction treatment.

- Culture, tourism, and sports.

- Communication, press, and publication.

- The implementation of the National Target Program for Drug Prevention and Control through 2030, the National Target Program for Cultural Development for 2025-2035 period, and the National Target Program for Healthcare, Population, and Development for 2026-2035 period.

- Approving investment policies, directing, inspecting, expediting, and resolving difficulties and obstacles arising in investment projects within her assigned management areas.

- Science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation of ministries, agencies, and sectors within her assigned management areas.

c) Serve as: Chairmperson of the National Committee for AIDS, Drugs and Prostitution Prevention and Control; Head of the National Steering Committee for Population and Development; Head of the Central Intersectoral Steering Committee for Food Hygiene and Safety; Head of the State Steering Committee for Tourism; Head of the Central Steering Committee for Reforming Salary and Social Insurance Policies, and Incentives for People with Meritorious Service to the Revolution; Chairperson of other Councils and Committees within her assigned management areas.

d) Implement other tasks assigned, or authorized by the Prime Minister.
