MANAGEMENT AREAS:

a) To oversee and direct the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Government Inspectorate.

b) On behalf of the Prime Minister, directly oversee and direct the following areas:

- Building of institutions and socialist law-governed State.

- Settlement of international disputes and complaints.

- Judicial reform.

- Education and vocational training.

- Anti-corruption, inspection, and settlement of complaints and denunciations.

- Approving investment policies and directing, inspecting, expediting, and resolving difficulties and obstacles arising in investment projects within his assigned management areas.

- Science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in the ministries, agencies, and sectors within his assigned management areas. 

- The implementation of the National Target Program on modernization and quality enhancement of education and training for the 2026–2035 period

c) To act as: Chairman of the National Education and Human Resource Development Council, Chairman of other Councils and Committees within his assigned management areas.

d) To Implement other tasks assigned, or authorized by the Prime Minister./.
